The Noema experience

Where food, people and place come together.

Inspired by the villages and coasts of Greece, we bring simple ingredients to life with honesty and fire. Here, every dish tells a story, every table becomes a gathering, and every moment is meant to be savored.

Noema is a modern Greek restaurant and bar: a celebration of flavor, warmth and shared spirit, led by executive chef Konstantinos Kvasilava.

Our name comes from the Greek word νόημα, meaning "that which is perceived by the mind": a thought, an idea, a meaning.

From our modern Greek dishes to our handcrafted cocktails, every creation reflects our philosophy of simplicity, fire and honest flavor, made to be shared at 1443 W Fullerton Avenue in Lincoln Park.

Every dish tells a story. Every table becomes a gathering.

Why Noema

Three things we do with intention.

  1. Made to be shared

Spreads, raw bar, meze and plates built for the middle of the table, from tirokafteri to Aegean Ember Octopodi.

  2. Aegean-inspired bar

Classic and specialty cocktails at $16, zero-proof cocktails, Greek wines by the glass and bottle, Mythos and Pikri IPA.

  3. A patio in Lincoln Park

Our open-air patio off Fullerton Avenue is set for long dinners on warm Chicago nights.
